What we collect
- Your application. Your name, email address, Instagram handle, what you coach, your offer price, your follower range, your answers about sales calls and filming, the package you're interested in, and any notes you add.
- Booking details. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and chosen time on our behalf.
- Emails you send us. The content of any message you send to info@reachfixer.com.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
We don't use advertising cookies or sell your information.
Why we use it
- To review your application and reply to you.
- To arrange and hold a call you've booked.
- To provide our services if you become a client.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam.
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on your request to take steps before entering a contract with us, and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with services that help us run the business:
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and our email.
- Calendly, which handles call bookings.
We'll also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we delete your application within 12 months. If you do, we keep your information for as long as we work together and for as long afterwards as the law requires for business records.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Emailinfo@reachfixer.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. If you're in California, you have similar rights under California law, and we don't sell or share personal information for advertising.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, applications are stored outside the public website folder, and only the Reach Fixer team can access them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
